2) Indian gooseberry (Amla) is one of the effective Home Remedy for High Blood Pressure. A tablespoon each of fresh amla juice mixed with honey should be taken in every morning in this situation

3) Honey soothes the nerves and is useful in lowering the high blood pressure.

4) Grind four leaves of Basil and two leaves of Neem (Margosa) with four spoons of water. Take this mixture on empty stomach with a glass of water.

5) Eat one Papita (Papaya) on an empty stomach regularly for one month. Do not eat anything after this for at least two hours.

6) Grind 100 gm melon seeds and 100 gm poppy seeds (khus-khus). Mix and preserve in a clean container and take 1 tsp with water morning and evening.
